32-bit-version and it's working fine.
Just try the thing I wrote above and it should work.
If it doesn't I don't know why and I can't really help you - sorry, but it's still cool and WORKS on RC.

AT FIRST I WANNA SAY: THANKS YOU!!! THE THEME'S AWESOME!
I'm gonna make a How-To here:
1.) Download [link] (Universal-Theme-Patcher)
2.) Patch the three files you have to
3.) Restart your computer
4.) Copy the GelXP Blue Folder (containing: GelXP Blue(folder), explorer, GelXP Blue and Preview) to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
5.) Rightclick somewhere on desktop and click "Customize" (I'm from germany, so I'm not sure if it's called that way) and apply the Theme
6.) Be happy that mini-slash is a nice theme-maker and say thank you :-D
Maybe you can inclue (customize) this and put into the Download-Folder (if you want to).
So... KEEP DOING SUCH GOOD THEMES!!!
